Security is one of Featherbrooke Estate’s main attractions and of utmost importance to the Estate management.

The Estate’s perimeter fence is secured with electric fencing and CCTV while roving vehicles with armed guards patrol the Estate.  The high-tech cameras on the fence and inside the Estate are monitored by the control room which is manned 24/7 by dedicated operators.

The access control system has recently been updated to the latest technology to offer our residents easy access, where we have strict access control measures in place for visitors and contractors.

Visitors are reminded to have their driver’s licence or ID with them – no access will be permitted to persons without any form of identification.
